The United Senior Council’s annual Trivia Contest was held recently at the North Harmony Senior Center. Ellen Coffaro read the rules and distributed the questions. The three round 36 questions with seven groups of three persons each participated. Questions were about Chautauqua County and area subjects including history, sports and geography. First place winners were the “North Harmony” group winning the tie breaker with “Twisted Sisters”. First place of Earl Ferry, Lois Kesby, Barb Cheney won $100. The second place team was “Twisted Sisters” consisting of Rits Jacobson, Roberta Rosage and Darlene Harper and won $75. The third place team of “Mayville Misses” of Janet Loomis, Diane Goodrich, Sandralee Wagner won $50. The master of ceremonies for the event was Dennis Webster who administered the trivia questions and revealed their respective answers.
