According to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Nathanael Clark was taken into custody Monday in the 2800 block of Palumbo Drive in Lexington. The arrest was made with help from the U.S. Marshals Service.

Clark is charged with one count of attempted murder and 11 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment. He was booked into the Pulaski County Detention Center and is being held on a $500,000 cash bond.

The charges stem from a shooting on the evening of June 4 within the city limits of Science Hill. Deputies responded to a report of a gunshot victim and found a 58-year-old man injured at the scene. Due to the severity of his injuries, he was flown to an area hospital. He was released several days later.

The investigation is ongoing.
